Wear a mask. Bring your lawn chair, sunglasses, sunscreen, coffee! We will sit in family units social distanced.
Because we’ll be outside, we can SING! (Think “campfire sing-a-long style” with no amplification).
IMPORTANT – Check your email at 9:00 a.m. each Sunday (or www.sanctuarychurch.org) to see if we’re a “go” due to variable weather conditions.
Indoor Information: New in MAY – We will be taking reservations by phone for the 10:30 service as a “just in case” plan. (We can have an unlimited number in attendance outdoor, but in the event of bad weather, this will help us limit indoor attendance to 15.)
When should you call? If the forecast calls for nice weather, no need to call – otherwise, you may call the church office (215-699-9331) starting on Wednesday – through Friday to let us know how many people are planning to attend. (If leaving a message, please leave a call back number in case we need to call and advise we are at “full” capacity.)
The decision for being outdoors is made each Sunday morning at 8:30. When outdoor worship is cancelled, an email is sent at 9:00 a.m. saying the service is “virtual only”, HOWEVER – If you’ve made a reservation, you may come for in-person worship indoors.
Bulletin: 1030 – April 25, 2021

Worship is one of our highest priorities. We believe that it is one of many ways in which we display affection towards God and experience his presence. While we engage in weekly worship experiences as a church, we also believe that worship is a lifestyle. And our goal is to provide an opportunity to lift up the name of Jesus and to be both filled and fueled for the week to come, so that we might continue through the week serving and worshiping his name.
Our traditional worship experience involves hymn based music lead by our organist or pianist. There is a time of reading and teaching from the Bible. You may feel free to engage in worship as you feel most comfortable.
Praise and Worship Experience
Our contemporary worship experience provides an atmosphere to come to as you are to encounter Jesus through modern music. There is a time of reading and teaching from the Bible. You can feel free to worship as you are most comfortable, from standing and singing, to sitting quietly in reflection. There is no right or wrong way to celebrate Jesus.
